What’s so different about Fitness Malaysia?

1) We conducted a survey with over 1000 gym patrons through out Malaysia and 90% of respondents were working professionals and could only spare between 1 to 1.5 hours a day on fitness. Because you have limited time, your fitness routine has to be different than that of a full time model or professional athlete who has 3 to 4 hours a day to spend on fitness. This is why all our fitness routines, plans and advice are tailor made for regular people with regular jobs who want great fitness results but lack the time to do it. Trust us! You can achieve the fitness results you want even with your busy schedule.

2) We also discovered that what Malaysia really lacked, was a fitness magazine that was home grown. Malaysian’s are different culturally, genetically and also we eat very differently from others in other countries. Because of this, advice and tips from oversees, may not be practical to you as a Malaysian. Wouldn’t you rather read about Malaysian’s and how they have achieved great fitness results while still eating “Nasi Lemak” for example?

3) Fitness Malaysia is a unisex magazine that caters for both men and women. Separating fitness information for men and women would be like separating fitness centers for men and women. Since we don’t do that with fitness centers, why should we do it with fitness magazines? One magazine for everyone.
